There will be a dinner cruise that I am organizing on behalf of the SAS/O, PISC, FOSS and PPS societies for Tuesday 31 May. Other collectors are welcomed of course. This past month, I gave a short presentation at the Collectors Club of New York on Samoa Stamp Duty. The video can be viewed here.
We are pleased to feature a new overprint issue from Samoa. These five values were released on March 18 of this year to make up for the shortfall in stamps that they actually get from their agents. I can offer the stamps, some errors, and some proofs.
