Dear Friend,
Welcome to Newsletter 36 .
The buzz is on for NY2016. Lots of societies will have meetings and presentations. I am coordinating a few of these for the SAS/O, the Pacific Island Study Circle, the Papuan Philatelic Society and the Fellowship of Samoa Specialists. This is the largest stamp event in the Northern Hemisphere this decade- it is not one to be missed.
If you will be in New York City on November 11th, please try to come to my presentation at the British Empire Study Group meeting at the Collectors Club. I'll be speaking on
" Independent Samoa Stamp Duty Stamps and Rates" and would love to have you attend
The modern scene has been very active lately. New Postal Rate information has been added for Bermuda, Botswana and Namibia. Additions to Cook Island Free Franks, PNG Personalized stamps, Tonga Postmarks and Trinidad cancels have been added.
This month's selection is heavy into the Pacific- Samoa and Tokelau and FSM.
Please enjoy, critique, and comment as always, I enjoy it.
Sincerely,

|
