Dear Friend,
Welcome to Newsletter 27 and the new year.
In this issue we have:
- Guam Guard Mail, Proper usage.
- Departure Tax Stamps from Turks & Caicos and Guyana
- Swaziland Postmarks
- Cocos Island Aerogramme has anyone ever seen a proper commercial use?
Sometimes cold and rainy weather has its benefits. We have been busy updating various studies- St. Helena and Swaziland have gone through significant revisions. Falklands will be next month.
I am also pleased to add an article on a Samoa Stamp Duty trial stamp that was recently published by FOSS (Fellowship of Samoan Specalists) and added here courtesy of the editor Don Mee and the author David Smitham.
Please enjoy, critique, and comment as always, I enjoy it.
