5. St. Vincent (Bequia) New cds were distributed recently and the earliest use in Bequia is in early May, 2014. The cds used to read Port Elizabeth, but since there is now only one post office on that island, the cancel was changed to 'Bequa PO".

I also want to plug as well as to congratulate Rick Stambaugh and Joel Hawkings on their five year effort to have added all countries to the International Meter Catalog which is on line - and free. Click here for access.
